Things Happen by Maclain Hunter: Premises: P: Assume for a moment that “nothing is happening” and that nothing could “happen”. That leads to logical contradiction since nothing is not a positively extant concept that can occur or “be” (happening). Q: The concept of “nothing” cannot happen, and all must happen so that there is not a thing that is “doing nothing”, and so that there is not a case where “nothing is happening”. R: What happens does so within and in some kind of (coherent or incoherent) logical relationship to the Logic and Logical Structure of the Cosmos - called the Logos in theology and philosophy, and referring to the Logic inherent in the Natural Order and/or the First Cause of Logic and Existence. S: Assume for a moment that something is happening that is not logically coherent or logically derived. That would be a logical contradiction and/or incoherent. Formal Argument: {P, Q, R, S} |= (P <-> Q) <-> (R & S) Conclusion: Things happen because nothing must be “not happening” and all that can happen must happen to prevent “nothing” from somehow “happening” (and being what exists or “is”). Logic-centered continuity

This authored proof is connected to Logic, Logos, God, and the self-evident Ground of Reality, and to the distinct systems 4P Engine, MCB Core, 4P-MCB, and the source-first Canon. Formal proof, empirical evidence, and system-generated records remain separately typed.
