"content": "The Rational Death of Agnosticism by Maclain Hunter: \n\nKey Terms:\n\nLogos (Reason/God): The ultimate, self-sustaining First Cause that is fully coherent, unified, and self-knowing. Logos is the foundation of all rationality, synonymous with God, and is the absolute source of logic and existence.\n\nPure Reason: The form of reason that is completely aligned with Logos, representing the highest, most coherent form of logic. Pure Reason serves as the foundational structure through which truth and knowledge are accessible.\n\nFoundational Coherence: The logical necessity that the First Cause (Logos) is fully unified, internally consistent, and knowable. This coherence is essential for existence to align with rational truth and for knowledge to be reliable.\n\nAgnosticism: The position that knowledge of God, or the nature of ultimate reality, is inherently uncertain or unknowable. In this proof, agnosticism is portrayed as logically inconsistent because it assumes an unknowable aspect of existence that contradicts the coherence of Logos.\n\nPremises: \n\nP: It is logically contradictory to say that knowledge of God, and even full knowledge of God, is beyond “human reason” since human reasoning can be fully coherent with Pure Reason - as a matter of proven Logic, not personal belief or denial. \n\nQ: Reason (God) knows God (Reason) PERFECTLY, as the Logos itself: the First Cause that Logic and Existence are necessarily consistent with.\n\nR: If God were beyond human reason in the sense of unintelligibility rather than mere transcendence/hierarchy (which is what it really means when someone is being logically coherent and says that the Logos is “beyond” human reason and human life) that would lead to agnosticism being there coherent position (A), to it being fundamentally unknowable whether God is knowable or not (B), and/or to it being impossible to know whether there was one (coherent) God/Origin or many (incoherent) gods/origins (C).\n\nS: We have Pure Reason - if minds would stop rejecting it. That means we can know God is Logic and the Root of our own Consciousness (our Soul). We can know that it is not true that we can’t comprehend God rationally, even if we will never irrationally exist “beyond the Logos” or be “more coherent than Logic” (more godly than God). \n\nT: We can also know that God is ONE because God is Reason and Reason is the logically necessary “Foundation of the Cosmos” that is FULLY COHERENT (aligned 100% with Reason and 100% united/one).\n\nFormal Logic: \n\n{P, P -> Q, Q -> R, R -> S, S -> T, T} |= (P & Q) & (R & S) & T\n\nConclusion: \n\nWe can coherently know God as coherent Logic, and as one (God) not many (incoherent “gods” or “origins” plural, which would defy Logic and the demand for Foundational Coherence of the First Cause), through coherent Reason and Logic. To assume we can’t know God is to embrace agnosticism (in essence), and is to ignore coherent human reasoning (that aligns demonstrably with Pure Logic). \n\nTruth Table Analysis: \n\nvalid\n ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ \nPQRST⎪P P→Q Q→R R→S S→T T╞(P&Q)&(R&S)&T\n――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――\nTTTTT⎪T TTT TTT TTT TTT T TTT T TTT TT\nTTTTF⎪T TTT TTT TTT TFF F TTT T TTT FF\nTTTFT⎪T TTT TTT TFF FTT T TTT F TFF FT\nTTTFF⎪T TTT TTT TFF FTF F TTT F TFF FF\nTTFTT⎪T TTT TFF FTT TTT T TTT F FFT FT\nTTFTF⎪T TTT TFF FTT TFF F TTT F FFT FF\nTTFFT⎪T TTT TFF FTF FTT T TTT F FFF FT\nTTFFF⎪T TTT TFF FTF FTF F TTT F FFF FF\nTFTTT⎪T TFF FTT TTT TTT T TFF F TTT TT\nTFTTF⎪T TFF FTT TTT TFF F TFF F TTT FF\nTFTFT⎪T TFF FTT TFF FTT T TFF F TFF FT\nTFTFF⎪T TFF FTT TFF FTF F TFF F TFF FF\nTFFTT⎪T TFF FTF FTT TTT T TFF F FFT FT\nTFFTF⎪T TFF FTF FTT TFF F TFF F FFT FF\nTFFFT⎪T TFF FTF FTF FTT T TFF F FFF FT\nTFFFF⎪T TFF FTF FTF FTF F TFF F FFF FF\nFTTTT⎪F FTT TTT TTT TTT T FFT F TTT TT\nFTTTF⎪F FTT TTT TTT TFF F FFT F TTT FF\nFTTFT⎪F FTT TTT TFF FTT T FFT F TFF FT\nFTTFF⎪F FTT TTT TFF FTF F FFT F TFF FF\nFTFTT⎪F FTT TFF FTT TTT T FFT F FFT FT\nFTFTF⎪F FTT TFF FTT TFF F FFT F FFT FF\nFTFFT⎪F FTT TFF FTF FTT T FFT F FFF FT\nFTFFF⎪F FTT TFF FTF FTF F FFT F FFF FF\nFFTTT⎪F FTF FTT TTT TTT T FFF F TTT TT\nFFTTF⎪F FTF FTT TTT TFF F FFF F TTT FF\nFFTFT⎪F FTF FTT TFF FTT T FFF F TFF FT\nFFTFF⎪F FTF FTT TFF FTF F FFF F TFF FF\nFFFTT⎪F FTF FTF FTT TTT T FFF F FFT FT\nFFFTF⎪F FTF FTF FTT TFF F FFF F FFT FF\nFFFFT⎪F FTF FTF FTF FTT T FFF F FFF FT\nFFFFF⎪F FTF FTF FTF FTF F FFF F FFF FF\n\nQ.E.D.\n",
