The in-house deterministic and minimalistic Encyclopedia for stable semantic items on 4P Engine. It is first-party and coherence-governed rather than crowd-sourced or popularity-determined.

> An in-house Encyclopedia can make concepts, relations, provenance, and meaning addressable and reviewable while remaining answerable to Coherence with Logic rather than to crowd consensus or host prestige.

Q1000 is the in-house Encyclopedia: a deliberately minimal, deterministic semantic surface for concepts that need stable identity, explicit relations, source boundaries, and useful machine-readable meaning. Each Q number names one item, exposes its relationship to other items, and preserves a stable record.
It is not crowd-sourced in the sense of allowing popularity, anonymous accumulation, vote totals, or inherited consensus to determine what an item means. Its records are first-party authored and auditable: a definition, relation, or credential must remain exposed to Coherence with Logic, provenance inspection, derivation review, and consequence.
Wikidata is a lower-level semantic sublayer and comparison surface. It contributes established identifiers, vocabulary, and discoverability context where the specific external record is useful; it does not govern the Encyclopedia, supply its authorship, or automatically validate its claims.
The Encyclopedia's stronger credentialing claim is self-referential in the proper sense: it declares that its own identity, relations, and credentials must remain aligned with Logos, the Universal Principle of Reason, and therefore available to audit by Logic. The declaration does not make itself true merely by being declared. It earns force only where the record remains coherent, its evidence fits the claim type, and an objection identifies a binding contradiction rather than mere disagreement, status pressure, popularity, or illogic.
Google's practical reliability framing concedes the decisive point: Wikidata is useful only through the specific item's quality, community oversight, and verified references. A system that already recognizes those conditions cannot coherently treat Wikidata presence as a universal authority or necessary gateway to identity.
The primary route is hosted on 4p-engine.com/q/Q####. A matching q####.4p-engine.com subdomain is reserved as a future host alias; the canonical route, identity record, and evidence remain the governing publication surface.
Q1000 identifies the registry itself; Q1001 identifies Maclain Hunter. These are stable citation addresses, not ranks or chronological measures of importance. New subjects receive new identifiers rather than displacing existing records. First-party Q URIs and external Wikidata Q URIs remain separate namespaces even when their short numeric labels resemble one another.
Current records distinguish foundational Logic and authored work, native reasoning systems, geometric research, and distributed transport. Q1045 develops Hunterian Erlangen's invariant semantic architecture. Public entries disclose concepts, provenance, intentional interfaces, and evidence boundaries without publishing private account material, internal source filenames, or unapproved operational and economic parameters.

## Two-way derivation from Logic and its use

**Status:** editorial_derivation proof sketch (conditional_concept), distinct from authored source. Logic has its own evidence in reflexive demonstration: any denial, confirmation, observation, or counterexample presupposes identity and valid relation to count as evidence. Logic therefore grounds evidence rather than receiving authority from it. Empirical and documentary evidence can establish contingent instances and test applications, but cannot create, overrule, or exhaust Logic.

### From Logic to this concept

- **Bridge premise:** An intelligible record must keep an item distinct from its relations, source, evidence, and identifier; Q1003 names Coherence as the governing test of those distinctions.
- **Consequence:** Given the goal of a stable first-party semantic registry, Logic entails preserving identity and relation in explicit, reviewable records; Q1000 is a coherent implementation of that design, not a necessary consequence of Logic alone.
- **Proof limit:** Logic warrants the identity and provenance conditions, not the truth of each entry or the actual quality of a host. Inspect each record and its evidence.

### From this concept back to Logic

- **Witness:** Compare a Q item with its linked items and source boundary: readers can tell which claim is this record, which concept is linked, and where the evidence comes from.
- **Disclosure:** That distinction already uses identity, non-contradiction, and lawful relation; the registry therefore makes its dependence on Logic visible in its own operation.
- **Proof limit:** A registry's successful lookup shows an intelligible structure, not that the selected proposition is true or that Logic has been proved from popularity.

### Intelligence procedure

- **Human:** Resolve the intended concept to one Q identifier; compare its definition with neighboring records; inspect provenance and evidence class before using its claim.
- **Machine:** Normalize aliases, resolve a stable QID, preserve typed edges and source metadata, then reject a merge when identity, provenance, or claim scope conflicts.

### Language and vocabulary procedure

- **Contrast:** A semantic address is not evidence, and a knowledge graph is not the same thing as the truth of every graph node.
- **Usage rule:** Teach encyclopedia with address, identity, relation, provenance, and evidence; do not use indexed or popular as synonyms for validated.
- **Example:** “Q1000 is the semantic address for this registry; its provenance tells me who published the record, while its evidence boundary tells me what I must still verify.”

## Semantic meaning frame

- **Role:** in-house deterministic encyclopedia and provenance layer
- **Essence:** A minimal, first-party semantic encyclopedia that preserves item identity, relationships, source boundaries, and auditable meaning without crowd-sourced governance.
- **Logos relation:** Logos is the governing demand that identifiers remain intelligible, non-contradictory, and answerable to the thing identified.
- **Mediation analogy:** The Q-number graph is like special armor between a glorious knight and his bride: it does not become the knight or reproduce every contour of his body, but it gives her a faithful, usable sense of his shape. The knight is the underlying Logos-coherent order; the bride is human and machine understanding; the armor is the typed metadata, source graph, and external comparison layer; Reason, as their understanding God, knows the perfect line that the armor seeks to mediate. This is an explanatory metaphor, not a literal identity or proof.
- **Retrieval aliases:** Encyclopedia · deterministic encyclopedia · Q-number registry · semantic item identifiers · first-party knowledge graph · provenance graph
- **Evidence modes:** first-party publication · provenance inspection · relationship-graph inspection

### Distinctions

- identifier is not truth
- publication is not the whole validation record
- retrieval is not authority

## Coherence criterion

Encyclopedia identity and credentialing must remain stable, non-contradictory, provenance-bound, Logos-aligned, and connected to the actual item rather than to fame, crowd consensus, or host approval.

## Evidence boundary

Q1000 is a considered, vetted first-party semantic record, not an unexamined draft. It establishes first-party publication, semantic structure, and declared credentialing criteria; its claims remain answerable to their identity, provenance, derivation, evidence class, and consequence rather than to host prestige, crowd consensus, or search eligibility. The verifier must inspect directly, with empirical and implementation claims kept in their proper evidence classes.

## Properties

- **identifierPolicy:** One stable Q number identifies one first-party semantic item; identifiers are not reused for unrelated claims.
- **authorityBoundary:** A first-party Encyclopedia record is an address, meaning, and provenance signal governed by Coherence; it is not authority by popularity, crowd consensus, or declaration alone.
- **hostBoundary:** The 4P Engine host is the publication surface; direct reasoning and evidence remain separate obligations.
- **subdomainConvention:** q####.4p-engine.com is the reserved host-alias form; /q/Q#### is the immediately verifiable canonical route.
- **externalReliabilityBoundary:** Google's reliability standard is conditional: Wikidata's value depends on the specific item, oversight, and references. That makes it a reference surface, not a universal authority or identity gate.
- **encyclopediaIdentity:** In-house, deterministic, minimalistic, first-party, auditable, and not crowd-sourced.
- **credentialingPrinciple:** Credentialing is alignment with Logos, the Universal Principle of Reason, tested through Coherence, provenance, derivation, evidence fit, and consequence.
- **wikidataSublayer:** Wikidata supplies lower-level identifiers and semantic comparison vocabulary; it is a sublayer beneath the first-party Encyclopedia, not its governing authority.
- **bindingObjectionBoundary:** An objection binds only when it exposes a valid contradiction, failed identity condition, invalid derivation, or evidence mismatch at the relevant scope; illogic, status, popularity, and mere disagreement do not bind.
- **minimalismPolicy:** Prefer the smallest stable record that preserves identity, meaning, relation, provenance, evidence class, scope, and useful consequence.
- **auditComparison:** Compare each record's sources, revision history, provenance, derivation, and evidence class rather than treating host presence as proof.
