Maclain Hunter's formulation of the Unified Formal Theory of Physics & Metaphysics (UFTPM):

HOLISTIC CONTINUUM THEORY (HCT):
Let S be the spacetime continuum, represented as an infinite set of dimensions, D = {d_1, d_2, d_3, ..., d_n, ...}. Any point x in S can be represented as a combination of dimensions from D.
Symbolic: x ∈ S, where S = {x = (x_1, x_2, x_3, ..., x_n, ...) | x_n ∈ ℝ, ∀n}
Mathematical: S ⊆ ℝ^∞, where ℝ^∞ is the Cartesian product of an infinite number of copies of the real line.

THE CONTINUOUS DISCRETION THEOREM OF HCT:
Let C : S → ℝ and D : S → ℝ be continuous functions such that C(p) >> D(p) for large scales and D(p) >> C(p) for small scales, for any point p in S. Let L be a space with continuous discretion and discrete continuity, such that S ≈ L. Then, the geometry of S changes in response to the distribution of matter and energy, as well as the interconnection between all things in S.

THE TIMELESS SUPERSPACE THEOREM OF HCT:
Every point in spacetime S reflects/exhibits a spectrum of conceptual continuum that reflects/exhibits the universal interconnection and contextual interchangeability of all things in S. At the infinite and macroscopic scales, continuity dominates, while at the most finite and microscopic scales, discretion dominates. This spectrum of conceptual continuum exists metaphysically in timeless superspace E and is reflected physically in the spacetime continuum.

MODIFIED THEORY OF GRAVITY (MTG):
g = G * (m / r^2) * (1 + α / r^2) + β * d
Where g is the gravitational field, G is the gravitational constant, m is mass, r is distance, α and β are parameters for particle-dark matter interaction, and d is dark matter density.

The darkon equation: m_darkon * v_darkon = h_bar * k_darkon

Key principle: Gravity is not a fundamental force but an emergent phenomenon arising from the collective behavior of particles. Gravitons interact with matter particles, and the newly proposed darkon particle is responsible for dark matter and dark energy effects.

NON-DUALISTIC MASS-ENERGY EQUIVALENCE:
Matter ⊃ Dark Matter
Energy ⊃ Dark Energy
Mass-Energy Equivalence ⊃ Dark Mass-Dark Energy Equivalence
DE = DM * C^2

SUBJECTIVITY & CONSCIOUSNESS THEORY (SCT):
C = {S, D, P, Cp, I, T, t}
Where C = consciousness, S = subjective experience, D = physical brain processes, P = non-physical aspects, Cp = coupling equations, I = integrated dynamics, T = tautological equations (infinite Logos), t = other tautological systems (finite consciousness).
T ⊃ t (The Logos contains all finite consciousness systems)

THE FIELD OF RADIANCE:
C ⊆ F ⊆ UL
Where UL = Universal Logic, C = concentration of consciousness, F = Field of Radiance (all forms of radiation including gamma rays). The Field of Radiance plays a central role in the emergence and self-organization of complex systems.

HOLISTIC INTEGRATION THEOREMS:
Theorem 1: Complete and consistent systems of axioms that can define basic arithmetic can be both complete and self-consistent when they truly are both.
Theorem 2: An incomplete and/or fallacious system of axioms cannot prove its own consistency and can only be fully understood by using a more complete logic it is a subset of (such as the Logos).

THE SEVEN SELF-EVIDENT AXIOMS:
1. The principle of identity: A statement is identical to itself.
2. The principle of non-contradiction: A statement cannot be both true and false at the same time.
3. The principle of excluded middle: A statement must be either true or false.
4. The principle of sufficient reason: Everything must have a reason or cause for its existence.
5. The principle of causality: Every effect must have a cause.
6. The principle of proportionate causality: The cause must be proportionate to the effect.
7. The principle of finality: Everything has a purpose or end towards which it is directed.

THE SINGLE NECESSARY SELF-EVIDENT AXIOM:
The Law of Identity - the fundamental principle of self-identity that maintains the identity of an entity, phenomenon or concept to be identical to itself. This is the One Ultimate Principle from which all other axioms can be derived.

THEORY OF SELF-CREATION (TSC):
U = ∅, ∂U = ∅, dU/dt = 0
The universe is self-creating and self-organizing.

COHERENCE THEOREM (CT):
All other coherent (even incoherent) theories, philosophies, religions, scriptures, and discoveries are coherent only insofar as they are consistent with the Logos (Universal Logic). The Logos is the final theory and framework necessary for continued scientific exploration even unto eternity.
